Headaches and Migraines
Tension headaches and migraines are commonly associated with muscle tension, restricted neck mobility, joint dysfunction, and prolonged poor posture.
Chiropractic care focuses on assessing the function of the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. For some individuals with neck-related headaches, treatment may include spinal manipulation, joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, posture correction, and targeted exercises designed to improve neck mobility and reduce mechanical stress on the cervical spine.

Nerve Impingements (Sciatica)
Nerve entrapment occurs when too much pressure is applied to a nerve by surrounding tissues, such as bones, cartilage, muscles or tendons.
A chiropractic assessment can help determine whether spinal joints, muscles, discs, or surrounding tissues may be contributing to sciatic nerve irritation. Treatment may include spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, mobility exercises, and rehabilitation strategies aimed at improving movement and reducing mechanical stress on affected tissues.

Whiplash and Accident Injuries (MVA)
Whiplash is one of the most common injuries following a motor vehicle accident. It occurs when the head and neck are rapidly forced forward and backward, placing stress on the muscles, joints, ligaments, and nerves of the cervical spine.
Following an accident, a thorough assessment can help identify injuries involving the joints, muscles, ligaments, and nervous system. Chiropractic treatment may focus on restoring mobility, improving function, managing pain, and supporting recovery through manual therapy and rehabilitative exercises.

Sprains/Strains
Sprains and strains are among the most common musculoskeletal injuries affecting the muscles, tendons, and ligaments throughout the body.
Chiropractic care may help support recovery by addressing joint mobility, muscle function, and movement patterns. Treatment plans often include manual therapy, soft tissue treatment, exercise rehabilitation, and guidance on returning safely to normal activities.

Joint Dysfunction (TMJD)
Joint dysfunction occurs when a joint is not moving or functioning properly, often leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. Common examples include facet joint dysfunction in the spine and sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction in the pelvis.
Chiropractors evaluate joint movement throughout the body to identify restrictions or mechanical dysfunction. Treatment may include spinal or extremity adjustments, joint mobilization, soft tissue therapy, and corrective exercises aimed at improving function and movement quality.

Joint Degeneration
Joint degeneration, commonly known as osteoarthritis, is a condition involving gradual wear of joint cartilage and surrounding structures. It is one of the most common causes of joint pain and stiffness, particularly as people age.
While osteoarthritis cannot be reversed, chiropractic care may help improve joint mobility, reduce stiffness, and support overall function. Treatment plans often include manual therapy, mobility exercises, strength training recommendations, and lifestyle guidance to help patients stay active and maintain joint health.
