Direct billing
We bill your insurer directly
You pay only what your plan doesn't cover. We also direct bill ICBC for all services, and WorkSafeBC for physiotherapy and chiropractic.
Telus eClaims can't direct bill secondary insurance; we'll give you a receipt to submit yourself.

ICBC Motor Vehicle Injury Recovery in Richmond

These sessions are automatically pre-approved for treatment delivered in the first 12 weeks after your crash. After 12 weeks, coverage continues with ICBC's approval.
