Addressing the Source of Discomfort
Pain is often just a symptom, not the source. Whether you are an office worker battling tech-neck or recovering from a car accident, we go beyond temporary relief. Our Registered Massage Therapists perform a comprehensive assessment to identify the underlying structural or movement issues causing your discomfort, ensuring we treat the right problem from day one.

Conditions We Treat
At Arc Therapy, our team of practitioners work together to provide personalized care for a wide range of conditions.
We focus on finding the root cause and helping you move and feel better.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses targeted acoustic waves to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. The therapy helps increase blood circulation, break down scar tissue or calcifications, and stimulate tissue repair in injured tendons, muscles, and ligaments.

Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS)
IMS is a form of dry needling used in physiotherapy to treat chronic muscle pain and tightness caused by irritated or hypersensitive nerves. Very thin needles are inserted into shortened or tight muscles to help release tension, improve blood flow, and restore normal muscle function. IMS is commonly used for persistent pain conditions such as chronic neck and back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, and muscle related nerve irritation.

Balance & Mobility (Post-Injury or Age-Related)
Physiotherapy can help improve balance, coordination, and overall mobility following an injury or as part of healthy aging. Through targeted exercises and movement training, treatment focuses on strengthening muscles, improving stability, and reducing the risk of falls, helping individuals move with greater confidence and maintain independence in daily activities.

Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Injuries
Physiotherapy can support recovery after a motor vehicle accident by treating conditions such as whiplash, back pain, and soft tissue injuries. Treatment focuses on reducing pain, restoring movement, and helping patients safely return to normal activities.

Sports Injuries
Sports injuries commonly affect areas such as the knees and shoulders and may include muscle strains, ligament sprains, tendon injuries, or overuse conditions. Physiotherapy treatments focus on reducing pain, restoring strength and mobility, and improving joint stability. Rehabilitation programs are designed to help patients recover safely and return to sport and physical activity while reducing the risk of future injury.

Back & Spine Pain
Physiotherapy can help reduce lower back pain, stiffness, and nerve related symptoms such as sciatica. Through targeted exercises, manual therapy, and movement retraining, treatment focuses on reducing pain, improving mobility, and restoring strength to support long term spinal health.

Step 1: Share your story
At Your First Visit, We Listen and Assess.
During your initial session, we take the time to listen to your story. Through a thorough assessment of your posture, movement patterns, and any areas of discomfort, we gain a complete understanding of your needs. This allows us to design a treatment plan that aligns with your body, recovering your true potential.
Step 2: Hands-on care
Customized Care for Effective, Targeted Relief.
During the hands-on portion of your treatment, our skilled practitioners use a combination of manual therapies specifically chosen for your body and goals. From joint mobilizations and soft tissue techniques to chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, and corrective exercises, each treatment is designed by your practitioner to relieve pain, improve mobility, and promote healing.
